'A lovely warm welcome from the host. The property was pleasantly larger in side than first impressions gave. It was beautifully decorated and very well equiped for all ages. it was cosy and felt very homely, lovely rural views from the rear and a nice seating area in the back garden. Parking outside the property was great and enabled us to vist the local area and beyond eaisly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.'

'Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!).
