We had a fantastic stay. The house has a great layout and was extremely clean. Everything felt well thought out and comfortable. The views were absolutely spectacular and truly made the experience special. Great experience! The hosts were able to pretty much get us anything we needed. The maid service and chefs were impeccable! This is a big property and could easily fit 12 people, but we only had 7 attend. Keep in mind, if you request something before you arrive, they will not let you cancel it.

Amazing time at Bayview Villa!!

What can i say, Bayview Villa was absolutely AMAZING! Every part of the stay at Bayview was flawless. The check in, the hosts (Juan and Irania) were so accommodating and helpful, the house was beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We have stayed at multiple different places in Cabo but nothing compares to the Bayview Villa! We had a group of 6 guys and every one of them loved their rooms. Juan and Irania were so accommodating, helping us with transportation, food deliveries, basically anything we needed. I can't thank them enough for being such wonderful hosts!! We plan to stay there again next year as I can't imagine anything topping this place. Do Not hesitate when booking Bayview villa, you will be so impressed. There is not one bad thing i can say about the place. Just simply amazing! Thank you to Juan and Irania for showing our group such an amazing time!

A week in Paradise

My husband and I and our 2 daughters and their families met our friends from Canada in Pedregal to stay in this amazing villa! The living spaces were large and open, the bedrooms were huge and all en suite, and the pool and 2 hot tubs saw hours of fun! The villa was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance to Cabo and all the shops and restaurants and to the marina. It was a perfect place to relax and reconnect with our loved ones!

Christmas Holiday Vacation

A beautiful home that provided the 10 of us comfort with plenty of rooms and space for sleeping, dining and recreating. The view was excellent, and the pool and two hot tubs provided hours of play time and relaxation for the group. I cannot say enough about the quality of the hosts Irania and Juan. They went out of their way to make certain we were comfortable and provided connections to transportation and excursions while we were in Cabo. This truly was a wonderful experience and fun family Christmas highlighted by great service from Juan, a very clean and comfortable home and great weather.

Great house!

We loved our stay. Everyone was very helpful & polite. The chef, Javier, was excellent. And the bartender, Fransico, also wonderful. The house was a challenge to find originally. They should provide a map. We were also comfortable carrying the amount of cash required to pay the staff. Ideally, there would be a Zelle or Venmo option. Overall, great experience for a girls weekend!!

Gorgeous house in gated community

The house is gorgeous! It’s in a gated community called Pedregal in the hills that overlook in the marina. The views are incredible. It’s also a 10 minute walk down to the marina. You might want to get a cab back because they hills are steep but it’s only $5 for an Uber from the marina. The marina is the downtown area with beaches shops restaurants and clubs. The house looks like the pictures and descriptions. There’s no bad rooms in the house. All the rooms are big comfortable modern clean and have closets and bathrooms. What the description doesn’t say is that the room on the street/garage level is basically it’s own apartment and huge! It has a separate entrance, it’s own kitchen and bar, bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer. I think there’s a washer and dryer on every floor. The master is the top floor and takes up the whole floor! It has its own deck and views too. The pool is pretty but smaller in person. The backyard with hot tub area is also spacious and cool. The hot tub wasn’t getting warm the first night but after asking the pool boy it heated up great. There’s beach pool towels on the chairs outside from and back and in the closet. There’s bath towels and shampoo body wash toilet paper stocked in each bathroom. The kitchen is nice and spacious too. We had Juan and Irana stock the kitchen with a grocery list. They also booked a private chef the first time who came with two staff. That was awesome too. The hosts are very helpful and informative!

Great space suboptimal details for the price.

Bayview Villa has great potential, but they have issues they need to work out. We may have been their first renters. The space is great for a large group; large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Some of the furnishings are uncomfortable and unsafe. We had a bar stool fall apart while sitting on it. My husband looked at it and screws were not even screwed in. Drawer handles in kitchen came off and they did not fix, and toilets didn’t work well. For the price we felt a lot of things were inexpensive and quickly put together. Ana, the maid, was wonderful to have everyday. The location is great, the view is wonderful, the walk to the beach is amazing, and we loved going to the Courtside Cafe. I noticed other Pedregal Villas include butler, chef or welcoming drinks, we did not have any of these provided. Bayview Villa provides a maid and very little extra. We loved Pedregal.
