Excellent Cabin Stay

Jessica’s cabin was truly a home away from home. It was well stocked, super clean, and the views were amazing. The location being shortly outside of Bryson City offered good privacy yet was close enough to grocery stores, good hiking, and attractions. Jessica was super responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. P.S. the driveway is a little steep but we managed to do it in a minivan.

You won’t find a nicer cabin with more amenities

This is our second stay at this cabin. We love it, and our friends loved it, as well. It is hard to find a cabin that has three bedrooms and three full baths, plus a loft with a futon that turns into a queen. Also, it is spotless, and the decor is beautiful. Needless to say, the mountain views are totally awesome and the fire pit is tons of fun! This log cabin, has it all!

3 Happy Hilltop Haven Couples

While searching for a cabin that met all the requirements 3 couples were looking for, Hilltop Haven checked all the amenities we could every need during our visit. The best deal is having three bedrooms (2 Kings & 1 Queen) that includes three full bathrooms so each couple could have their our privacy. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable too. Inside of the cabin was super clean, furniture in great shape, and plenty of quality kitchen items. The organized wrap around deck was our favorite place to sit and relax while taking in all the beautiful views! Also the fire pit and hot tub was a great place to fellowship too. The cabin is a short ride to Bryson City, NOC, and Cherokee. Overall we were very pleased with everything Hilltop Haven had to offer which made our visit a perfect vacation!!!

Wonderful, but be aware that the water will turn off before you have time to finish cleaning the house and take a shower before you leave.

Incredible House

This house is as gorgeous as the views. The pictures you see are accurate. Everything is clean and well maintained. The sheets are soft, towels are fluffy and the beds are super comfy. It is off the beaten path but close to all the places you will want to go and see. If you are trying to decide - then the answer is YES! rent this place, you will not be disappointed. The extras provided by Jessica are so awesome. I will certainly rent Hilltop Haven again.

Beautiful place

The owners had some nice personal touches waiting for us. A bottle of wine, a welcome note, candies and device chargers in every room. The house was full stocked. The views once the storm cleared was amazing. The family room was a little tight for six adults but we made it work. Everything was perfect accept NO cell service. A little hard not to be able to talk to my kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. It's really close to town where we went to a brewery and shopping. Also close to hiking to beautiful falls.

Fantastic cabin

Very nice cabin with 3 bedrooms for adults, 2 kings & 1 queen bed.. 3 bathrooms. Everything was well stocked, very clean and thoughtful items around the cabin (phone chargers, wifi-passcode, towels by the hot tub, etc). Would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

We had the best time at this cabin! The hosts really thought of every detail to make us extremely comfortable! Even down to the book explaining what was around us and details about the house was so nicely done. Everything was so thoughtful and beautiful! We went to the Polar Express and the house was about 15 min. from downtown Bryson City. It was perfect for us because we got the mountain feel while being close by to the city. We had the best time and can't wait to return!!

Peaceful Retreat

Return to Hilltop Haven

This was our second trip to Hilltop Haven. Like our last experience at the cabin, the owners were quick to respond to any questions, friendly, and equipped the cabin for everything! Our teen’s especially enjoyed roasting s’mores by the fire pit, and the porch is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and outdoor dining. The cabin is comfortable, clean, and convenient to plenty of outdoor activities.

Excellent Property

Hilltop Haven is just as the name implies. Beautiful cabin and view. Host is superb. Cabin was clean and cozy. Directions on everything. Wonderful cabin to return to after a fun filled day. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Firepit was beautiful lit up at night with cozy fire. The cabin is very easy to get to on a paved road. Wonderful coffee shop right down the road. I can't say enough wonderful things about this cabin to stay at. I'm just sorry we had to leave!

Weekend getaway

We are three retired couples visiting mountains every year for long weekend. We stayed at Hilltop Haven and enjoyed it so much, very clean and beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed and close to Bryson City and Dillsboro. Very easy to talk with Jessica, the owner, and the views and location are great! Everything you need!

Beautiful place with super cute touches

Wow! My husband & I have stayed at many places and nothing compares to this. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed. The unique touches that Jessica put into this place shows how much of a great host she is. We walked into the place and I just kept saying wow every corner I took with the thoughtfulness. The cabin itself is well taken care of and beautiful. The wrap around porch is amazing and has great views. We came down for a week of motorcycle riding - the only downside is the driveway, we had to park all the bikes in the grass at the top of the hill and the driveway was rough with a truck & trailer but we made it work. Thank you, Jessica, for our great stay. Note: Make sure you check out the plate above the sink - personal touches like this mean the host pays attention.

Perfect place to vacation

Our stay at Hilltop Haven was perfect. The cabin is beautiful. The location is great. Very clean! There was a lot of thoughtfulness put into making our stay perfect from the owner. The amenities were top notch. We arrived to a nice welcome note, bottle of wine and supplies for making s’mores. We’ve vacationed at a lot of VRBO homes and this one just might be the best.

Sunset Paradise

We are from Texas and typically beach vacation people...this was our first visit to the mountains of Western North Carolina and we cannot wait to return! Hilltop Haven was fantastic! Super clean, organized, stocked with quality kitchen items, beds were comfortable, rooms were big and not crowded, deck space was oversized and amazing and you cannot beat the SUNSETS! The cabin location is perfectly situated between NOC, Bryson City, Cherokee, Dillsboro, National Parks, trails everywhere and so much FISHING! We have boy/girl 15 year old twins and the NOC was a gold mine for family fun and adventure. You cannot go wrong with this cabin and Jessica has any and all the information you need to make your trip memorable and perfect!!!

Cozy & elegant

We could not be happier with our stay. We came for the polar express (which is only 15 minutes away). The cabin made us feel like it was our home away from home. The view was incredible. Everything was super clean. And the cabin over all is just elegant and cozy! Jessica is a dream to book with. We cannot wait to book this cabin again!

Great mountain getaway

We had such a great time at this cabin. It has privacy, a beautiful view, and the small touches of having chocolates out, a bottle of wine when you arrive, and coffee pods were all very appreciated. We hope to return!

AWESOME STAY AT THIS CABIN...FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATIONS

Beautiful property. Large, spacious rooms. Gourmet kitchen, well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable. The deck on the side and back of the cabin was tremendous. Included plenty of seating, a large grill and wonderful hot tub. The views were unsurpassed. The back yard had a lighted fire pit, and seating. We had a fire and smores. Good location, close Bryson City, Cherokee and Ashville. Will do it again!!

Fantastic cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin getaway! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. Grill worked fine and had grill tools available. The deck is a 3 sided wrap around deck and was great for chilling in the evening. The firepit area was great as well, already having chairs down by it so you didn't have to carry any down. The lights were a nice touch around the fire pit. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really make this cabin stand out from the crowd. I'd stay again.

NOC Paddling Trip

This was probably one the top VRBO experiences we have had. The cabin was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and it was the perfect location for our purposes. We loved all of the special touches that made our stay top-notch. We've already booked it again next year.
