The house is beautiful. We had a great experience and no issues with check in, however, after we checked in we reached out for assistance with the cooling system on the first day. The house was "stuffy"/humid and the air did not seem to be working. No response - for the rest of our visit. I eventually figured their system out. There is a large air grate in the middle of the hallway. We traveled with our one year old and 7lb pup. Our kiddo tripped on the grate and our sweet pup caught her foot. We blocked that large section of the hallway. Before we took a bath/shower I cleaned the tub. The ceiling fans have layers of dust and the floors don't appear to have been mopped recently. The neighborhood is quiet and the front porch is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a cutting board/tupperware for leftovers. The beds are very nice and the towels are so fantastic I made note of the brand. After a good wipe down, the washer and dryer were super helpful. When we asked about the pet fee we were quoted a one time 35 fee. However, we were charged a 45 fee. The 10 isn't a huge deal but when I mentioned it - we did not receive a response. A so sorry it was raised we apologize would have been nice.
