'We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this location. We were in VT to celebrate a family members 100th birthday and also attend a family wedding. Our hostess was wonderful. Communication between her and ourselves, her attention to detail and the cleanliness of her listing was far above our expectations. The location was central for all our events and the setting was beautiful. We will not hesitate to book with her again and recommend anyone thinking about booking in this area...

'Loved staying here except it was hot when I arrived and discovered there wasn't any AC. Opened the windows which created a nice breeze though had trouble closing a few of them, must not be used very often. The condo itself was great, the bedrooms, kitchen, living, dining & deck off the main bedroom. Had a great view, saw the sunrise one morning. Enjoyed the pool both nights after exploring the area. Vermont is so green! Had no idea there were so many farms and best of all, so little traffic!!...

'This is a great little place on the second floor of a downtown building in the town of Colebrook. It is super clean, stocked with all of the amenities needed for a nice stay and within walking distance to everything in town, including the darling little coffee/donut/sandwich/ice cream shop right across the street that we frequented daily!'

'Rented the condo for a family reunion. Was clean upon arrival. Dave was quick to respond to questions. Only problems we had was the lock but my son got it figured out pretty quick. Also didn’t realize was on 2nd flr. Driveway was big enough for kids to ride there bikes. Town store was in walking distance for my son to go get dinner and treats. The backyard view was beautiful.'

'This was my first time to Island Pond. We were visiting friends that have a home nearby. We rented this place, simply for convenience of the location. But from the minute, I opened the door to the beautiful hike out back, I never was disappointed and this home was extremely clean. The owner was very easy to deal with. The location to the downtown area was walking distance. The children and I had an amazing time! '
