Hôtel près de University Botanic Gardens (Cambridge)

« We arrived early before the check in time but were made to feel welcome, parking was difficult to find but once we were told where to go all was OK and there was ample parking. The room was comfortable and there was everything that you could possible need, even slippers and a dressing gown! Breakfast was well cooked and ample and the hosts were very friendly, We liked having the toaster on the table, never seen this before and we have stayed in lots of places over the years. We would highly...

« Extremely clean room and friendly staff! »

« Lovely hotel and amazing staff ! Very close to the city center and main landmarks. »

« Hôtel récent, très bien entretenu. Chambre confortable et très silencieuse. Excellente literie.

« They were helpful with taxis and directions »

« Great service. Loved this hotel. Central to Cambridge and the staff are super nice »

« Very good location »

« No staff Automated reception Room keycard deactivated 10 minutes _before_ checkout time so that we had to wait for help and fetch our luggages »

« The whole experience was mediocre. The staff “alright” no real complaint but the impression you get is that the place is badly maintained The staircase leading to the rooms needs repainting, there are chops of paint missing all over the place. The carpet looks good ld and frankly dirty. The rooms are ok but the handle of the toilet flush in room 7 is hanging. Ok so the price was ok but even so, the overall feeling is of mediocrity. Note. The staff was courteous so no real issue there, but the...
