'Only the air-conditioning acted really weird.'

'I am not totally satisfied: i got a room with two beds instead of a room with a king bed (what I booked). The room was warm and the airco is not able to cool it down to a temperature that I like, but only 5 'degrees'? from a central decided point. Why not giving me the option that I want my room at 18 degrees? Would be better. Now it was much too warm for me. Breakfast is good but crowded. You have to pay for the spa and swimming pool, but they are honest about it.'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Keurig modern hotel.

'One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. In the last night there were random knocks in our hotel room and we were unable to even contact reception since there...

'Het was super! Aardig personeel, schone en mooie kamer en top locatie!'
