Hôtel Bethesda, College Grove

« I was pleased with the hotel, especially its location. Tons of shopping and food options all within walking distance. Very quiet with nothing keeping me up at night, since I am a light sleeper. No pain when waking up as the bed was comfortable! »

« Loved the layout of the room with bed turned looking out the window! Lots of outlets. Very clean and comfortable place. »

« Everything looked good until we were getting ready for bed and found a bed bug! We called the front desk and showed them the bug. We had even pulled back the bedding prior to getting in bed. « Nice stop over on traveling back from Florida.Easy on off highway, places to eat.very clean »

« Toilet was stopped up when we first arrived and never fully emptied. Clearly, it was backup before and hadn't been cleaned out. « Really nice hotel for a reasonable rate: clean, spacious, well maintained. Breakfast was available, but I wasn't able to indulge here. Franklin has become a busy place, The hotel's location provides pretty quick access to what is available and super handy access to the interstate. »

Walked down there and finally got it. I booked 2 queen beds, the frame is a queen the mattress were full size. There was a 6 inch gap from the mattress and the frame. The room walls were dirty. All the corners had dirt build up and in the bathroom the bottom of the shower was filthy and the door handle had...

« If I had paid in the $85/night range for our stay, I would have felt that the condition of the hotel (needs updating) was reasonable. Instead I paid $320 for 2 nights including fees and felt that the price was too high considering the condition. Having said that, all of the staff I encountered were lovely. »
