'Management was rude and unprofessional. There were issues with my room (running toilet, broken fireplace) and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. What is advertised on the website is not what the actual experience will be. The worst part was the inability to contact someone in charge because the person at the front desk was rarely there and when she was, she had seemingly no interest in helping and was borderline rude. '

'Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money '

'The house was as described. There is a beautiful kitchen, a lot of living space. It was clean. The bathroom is large and the tub is spacious. The property is open and peaceful. The hot tub was not hot but it was also winter and quite cold while we were there. Overall great stay - highly recommend.'

'I stood there last month for our anniversary. It was so nice and quiet. The staff were nice. If you want to eat you have to go into town there was a restaurant across the street but it was close the day I was there. The lodge is close to the park '
