'This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. 'The rooms are okay for the price you’re paying. Clean enough and had all you need. WiFi was terrible with almost no reception and the hot water in the shower was either cold-ish or either super hot. Thermostat was bugging I suppose. It was mentioned to the reception tho.'
