'The property was clean and bed was comfortable. No cups for coffee’ no Kleenex. I can bring my own if needed but expected these to be provided. My biggest concern was extension cords. There was little access to electrical plugs. In order to use the microwave we either put it on the floor to plug it in or get another extension cord. I would unplug the lamps to have access to electrical plugs. '

'This is a very convenient hotel to stay in Lund when you want to do some activities. As a hotel guest you are guaranteed to have a parking space. The rooms and bathroom are small but good enough for a good rest. The beds are big and soft, however advertised as 2 person beds which is almost impossible (1,20 meter wide). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has great food. The terrace has a great view over the ocean.'

'Een motel met een uistekende ligging in hartje Powell River met een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Kamers zijn deels vernieuwd (bedden, airco), deels wat verouderd (meubilair, kitchenette). Maar alles werkt goed. Motel is rustig en ligt prachtig op heuvel met zicht over de baai (mét orka's!) en met mooie zonsondergangen. De eigenaresse is supervriendelijk en heel servicegericht, ze zwaait liefst elke gast persoonlijk uit.'

'We have a wonderful week here. Highly recommended. perfect timing because the sandcastle weekend was on Texada island, with fun activities. The cottage is beautifully situated on the bay and is well taken care of. we have walked, swam, canoeed, fished a lot of wildlife (deer, osprey, otters, seals, etc.) and as icing on the cake (dutch saying :)) we saw orcas in the bay the last evening. 'This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.'
