« Our overall stay was among the worst I've experienced. From check in to check out. The staff was indifferent and couldn't care less about your concerns. The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and...

« I got a standard room for four people, and it was really small. No room anywhere to put any suitcases but other than that everything was excellent. Definitely will be going back and getting a bigger room next time. »

« I was in the area for a business meeting so my family went with me to hang out at the beach. Overall, the staff was not very friendly and seemed put off to help. The hotel is historic and cool, but rooms are small and for the price you would think other things would be more accommodating and nice. Prices were quite high for everything. The elevator system is awful and took so long that we used the stairs the whole stay. They were filming a show 2 of the 3 days we were there which shut down one...

« The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For a regular standard room it was above expectation. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that the hotel did not nickel and dime us for every amenity. Free bottled water, free beach chairs as well as beach towels. Would definitely recommend and stay again. »

« Very clean room. Hot tub is very small for that size hotel as is the pool. Rented a cabana on the beach and were not told if we took our towels off the chairs our cabana would be take. Paid for a cabana we didn't get to use because someome took pur towels off the chair. Good location. »

« Hôtel de qualité très propre, juste derrière la rue de la plage avec piscines et espaces extérieurs où on peut manger. Personnel compétent et agréable, notamment le personnel de nettoyage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir! »
