'Wonderful staff - polite and professional. Property is falling apart and the owner should be ashamed. There are cracks, visible seems in drywall in ceiling, patched holes (and unpatched holes) in walls, the sink had a crack, the toilet clogged, the HVAC was old and loud. We had to lift the door to get it to close. Some of these issues exist in each Quality Inn I have stayed in the last few years. No real quality left in Quality Inn.'

Vlak ernaast ligt een Holiday Inn Express. Ook geen hotel om vreselijk vrolijk van te worden, maar in elk geval zakelijk, schoon en professioneel.'

'The parking was good and the room was great, the breakfast could’ve been better if there were chocolate chips or blueberries for the waffles, but the one thing we could not get over, was how amazing the staff was, they were very kind, they helped with anything and everything they could, we enjoyed the stay very much and we will be staying there again if in the area.'

'The property is very unique, charming, and comfortable. We loved walking the historic neighborhood. Perhaps my favorite part was the regular chime of church bells -- very soothing. '

'Our sheets and pillow cases were very stained. The comforter was so dirty that we threw it off the bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this is my 1st complaint. Other than that major issue the rest of the stay was good. Breakfast is always really good.'

'Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, but street noise is awful. Toilet is horribly noisy as well and no shelf in toilet area to put anything. Having to pay for parking was an unpleasant surprise. Would not stay here again and as a travel agent, would not recommend this hotel to clients. '
