'Room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was fine with a variety to choose from. The managers reception in eveni g was nice with drinks and appetizers. Would definitely stay again!!!'

'Zeer onvriendelijke dame achter de balie! Nog nooit meegemaakt. Kies een ander hotel'

'The room provided to me did not match my receipt. I paid for a 1 king bed room and was placed in a 2 queen room. Upon explaining this 5o the staff, they asked if I could stay in that room for one night and the manager would correct it and place me in the correct room in the morning. I agreed. They informed me in the morning that they would not be doing that and that I was stuck in the wrong room for my entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone passing through the Troy area.'

'My experience was positive! This Comfort Inn is well maintained, clean, and the staff is friendly. No issues to report.'

'Sad pool was closed after Labor Day as it was still 90 degrees in Alton in OCTOBER'

'Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, propere kamer '

'Overall the property was clean, easy self parking, easy check in process. Customer service just okay but the worse thing was, although the property appeared clean, my room had a terrible odor. I know they allow pets but it didn’t seem like a pet smell but more like someone with very poor hygiene was living in the room. I drove all the way from Chicago for a funeral and didn’t feel like complaining but that’s really the only thing I didn’t like about the property. But it was kind of a big thing...

'Traveling & booking hotels as a wheelchair user is sometimes difficult & leaves you in less than desirable circumstances, from rooms that say they are “Ada accessible” but actually don’t have doors wide enough to fit your chair through, or tiny once you get inside, or get to the hotel just for them to say we actually don’t have any accessible rooms left. My stay at the Hampton in Alton was excellent, the accessible king suite was super nice & spacious! Huge bathroom with roll in shower & flip...

'Mold on the wall and a non-smoking room smelling cigarets. Outside the pool was closed and full of frogs making terrible noise whole night. Our worst Hotel ever!'

'Very nice place to stay.'

'Awesome hotel with great breakfast choices in a great location. Very clean and comfortable.'

'Goed hotel als uitvalsbasis om stad te verkennen'

'It was so clean and the beds were comfortable.'
