'Great customer service, very friendly staff!'

'I expected more for breakfast; otherwise Good place.'

'Place smelled musty as soon as you walked in. No greeting by the front desk upon arrival. Hotel in general has not been maintained/updated. Room was far from clean. Mold on the curtains along with other unidentified stains. Bed was not that comfortable. Large group staying there had a meeting in the dining area so there was no place to sit for breakfast.'

'Nice and clean'

'Room was mostly clean but definitely had a pet odor in it. We had to burn candles to lessen the odor when we were in the room. Had an issue when we had to extend our trip a day because we had used Expedia. We were able to get another reservation and spoke directly to the front desk about staying in the same room and not being disturbed. (This was a working trip and we had been up almost 26 hours which is why we wanted everything set when we got to the hotel to sleep) We were guaranteed...

'Very clean, easy/fast check in, good staff'

'I will not stay at the Harrington Welcome Inn next time.'

'We left for the day came back and our room door was open. We closed it when we left i believe the cleaning lady left it open.'

'50 dollars late check out Good receptionist very respectful'

'The hotel smelled like smoke the second I walked in. My room also smelled like smoke. I switched rooms but it still smelled like smoke. Furniture in the room was damaged. Carpet old and stained. The hotel needs to be updated badly. I think the smoke smell is stuck in the walls and carpet. The area around the hotel felt unsafe. With it being by a college I thought it would be a good area, but it was surrounded by panhandlers.'

'The area felt safe, the front desk guy was very kind. The room wasn’t in amazing condition but wasn’t terrible'
