'GWに2泊しましたが、駅からも近く便利で滞在しやすかったです。事前予約してフロントでのチェックイン/アウトは機械操作で完了出来てスムーズです。 シングルルームに2名での宿泊でしたが覚悟はしていたものの、狭く感じました。 大浴場は混雑していて浴場内で洗い場が空くのを順番待ちする形になりましたが、それを除けば温泉ということもあり泉質はとても良かったです。アメニティはDHCのもので個人的に使用感が好みでした。 フロントにはスタッフが1名しか見当たらず、繁忙期だけでも2名体制でしたらチェックイン/アウト等の回転も良かったのではと思いました。 総合的には良かったので、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。'

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!'

'한국에 비해서 가성비가 너무 좋아요! 다테야마 쿠로베 알펜루트 가시는분들은 호텔 바로 앞에서 오기자와행 버스를 타고 내릴 수 있으니 추천드립니다! 두 명이서 캐리서를 펼칠만한 공간이 아쉬웠던 점 빼고는 다 만족스러웠어요! 기본적인 어메니티 다 있고 욕조도 있어서 좋습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하세요! 위치도 나가노역 바로 옆에 붙어있어서 굳굳입니다!'

'Amazing stay at Shimaya. The owners, as mentioned in other reviews are outstanding. Gave us a ride to the Snow Monkeys and were very helpful. The breakfast (¥700) was simple and quick - toast, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice! Onsen was clean and great. We were on the fourth floor and the views were unreal. Will for sure be returning in the winter! '

'駅から数分でHOTELに到着出来るので立地条件は良し！建物の老朽化は目立つも清掃は行届いてる。宿泊費を安く済ませたい方にはオススメ！今回、二泊三日の旅をコチラのHOTELで過ごしました。近隣のHOTELも利用したことありますが、駐車場代の割引もありお得(AHOTELは1000円、BHOTELは800円必要ですがコチラのHOTELは割引きいて600円でした)無料の朝食がついていますが、記載されてるように簡易でした。それでも、ドリンクバーと、スープと、4〜５種類の色んなパンが食べ放題(当たりハズレ有り)数量限定のいなり寿司も食べれてのこのお値段はかなり評価高い！あと、朝食スペースが狭いため部屋に持ち運べ食べれるのも良し！気兼ねなく堪能出来ました。フロントの接客も良かったし、部屋がめっちゃキレイじゃないと無理！みたいな潔癖症じゃない方なら利用されてみてはいかがでしょうか？私はまた利用したいです。'

'Incredible service and an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back. 'Enjoyed overall stay. The room is great. Hot springs are awesome. Vegan options for the food could be better. Make sure to check that kids are included when receiving confirmation. We didn’t and have to pay 1/4 more and it was already expensive. I checked the price online for four of us and it was exactly as we paid while booking but the confirmation letter didn’t include kids so we have to pay anyways. Otherwise happy with stay.'
