'The owner was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The motel is quiet during the day and night time. No safety concerns. The room was clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. They also provide a microwave and decent sized fridge. If you are traveling with pets-(I am currently traveling with a service dog) they have a large grassy area for them to run and do their business. They are also across the street from a Wendys and plenty of other options for food in walking distance. I...

'When we arrive we were greeted by a very friendly staff behind the reservations desk. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and engaging. Our room was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast menu included sausage, scrambled eggs, cereals, juices, breads and muffins, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. The dining area have ample space and excellent lighting. '

'This is a very dirty place I am moving forward with getting credit for my stay. Very dirty blood in shower and on light switch in bathroom. Smoke alarm was removed and broken and on table not on the wall where it should be. Carpet was black and room smelt like mold. I wish there was a way to post pictures.'

'The pool is permanently closed, which is posted at the hotel but not updated on the expedia site. There is a continental breakfast, which was very good. Bathroom in the king suite could use an update.'

'We loved this little getaway for the weekend! The hobbit house was very clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities and nice gift bag provided. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. My kids had a lot of fun feeding the goats and taking a ride on the paddle boat. The host Dean was fantastic! I have never had a host so nice and accommodating. We plan to return to the Sasquatch Ranch! Definitely recommend. '

'House was as described and on a quiet cove, very charming. It meet all our needs for a small family/ mini vacation. Host was very quick on our info and code. Housekeeper could have spend a little more time on the cleaning. Hair from dogs from previous stays, was in corners and on base boards. '
