'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!'

'The pool is the so small m. In the site it appears to be much larger and had lounge chairs in the phot and there were none. Misleading.'

'Overall a good stay, the bartender and servers at the restaurant were very professional and friendly, they took cared of us very well, the main issue was since we checked in our room tv was not working, so after I called and reported I was told that they were aware and that they had already order the missing piece and was going to be fixed the next morning. After we returned from being out our second day the tv was still not fixed and nobody had reached to me about it, quite disappointed.'

'visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.'
