'Motel.was clean and warm But needs a new fridge there was no storage in the fridge door so had to lay milk down witch leaked Need fly spray carnt leave windows open because of mozzies. Otherwise very good . Pool was excellent good temperature. New alterations have made it even better but needs somewhere to store your towels and clothes when it rains. Thanks.'

'The beds were very old and the springs were gone and it was hard. The bathroom floor was rotting and the shower was spraying through the curtain.'

'This was such a lovely stay. My family and I booked the place for a night but when we arrived and saw how beautiful it was, we had to extend for another night. They have an amazing collection of games and books to keep you occupied. And their music taste is amazing! It was calm, peaceful, and infinitely cozy. The hosts are wonderful and kind and generous. The location is beautiful and near the Karangahake gorge.'

'The house and cabins allowed my family of 15 to enjoy time together but also have their own space. The garden is beautiful with spaces to relax and play games. The owner is lovely and communication easy.'

'Lovely clean space as advertised and had all the things we needed. Pretty cool on arrival (cold weekend) but once heating on warmed up.Would stay again and very handy to rail trail. Happy accommodated late check out requested.'

'This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.'

'Had a great couple of nights. Excellent wheelchair access, amazing sea view, friendly chickens, delicious free apples. Perfect spot if you're heading to Miranda to view shore birds.'
