« Room was clean and easy to access Accommodated my late checkin upon request »

« My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere you need in a timely manner by car or uber. DT, Deep Elum are within 10 mins. The home was...

« The place was clean, neat, very spacious. We loved our stay. And the hosts were very easily and readily accessible for any questions or help! We will definitely be returning to stay here during our next visit! »

« It was a really nice place to stay. Boutique hotels are my favorite and this one had everything you would need. The cafe downstairs was also an added touch! »

« Didn't expect much going into it but left feeling satisfied with my choice overall, easy layout allowed me freedom of movement while keeping essentials within reach whenever needed! »

« The owner was great! Excellent communication! Answered quickly. Gave detailed instructions. The place was immaculate. I usually take my own linens and towels on trips but everything was so clean, I didn’t use them. Easy access. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very safe area. »

« Overall great space, conveniently in proximity to multiple venues, highways and attractions in the city. Totally a repeat location and great for long tenure stays. »

« The best of the best! Very responsive! I’ll always consider this property! TOP TIER HOST! »

« Perfect location, clean room. »

« The apartment was immaculate. Parking was great. I will definitely be telling my friends. Loved it. »

« Great location lots of options for restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. Quiet building and neighborhood. Only issues I would note there is a lot of old water damage in the unit. We stayed for about a month and it snowed for a few days. We had to purchase a space heater to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature due to lack of windows and doors being sealed properly. That being said this type of weather is not typical for the area. »

« Spent a couple of days in Dallas for a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! Great location. House was clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. »

« Everything was great ! Amazing view very and very nice clean place. Only problem was had a little trouble getting the water hot »

« The place was nice. Loved the decorations. For what we paid there wasn't much time to enjoy the amenities. The bed was broken. It is missing screws in the frame. If I were to book here again I would do more than one day. The property was very close to the passport office. That's the reason we were here. So that was a plus. The view was beautiful. »

« Space was great especially since we traveled as a group, each person had their own area making late night chats less crowded than other places we've been before too actually would think, quite nice overall! »
