« Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel. »

« Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. The room itself was decent and worked fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues. My wife noticed the hallway had a strong weed smell, which wasn’t ideal. « My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. First off, this hotel is very modern. It was sooo quiet during the day and especially at night. So much options for eats/dining surrounding the hotel. The beds and the overall room was amazing. Zero issues! Very pristine and clean all round. Parking was not bad. The breakfast was above average and did not disappoint. « No A/C in lobby or hallways checking in on kiosk was very odd & high tech considering the actual hotel didn’t even have a working elevator. It did not feel very welcoming. The room was ok & thank goodness the a/c in the room worked. The room was clean other than the floor was very sticky shower pressure was very low. I paid for a king size bed but got a twin size.
