« Loved the lake view room and property in general. The shower is amazing! The only negative is that the bath towels are comically small, and I think our mattress needed replacing. But overall will definitely stay here again!! »

« My only complaint was the difficulty with the TV. Very confusing. Guests that also stayed at this hotel reported having the same difficulties. Only 1 elevator was operating and it was incredibly slow. »

« Pool, closed. Ice machine, out. Laundry room, OOO. Tv in our room, not working at all. Fine, it was a one night stay. My mom’s room had flooring. Doesn’t look like they ever moped it. Ever! We had carpet. Not too bad. Beds were comfy. Big and spacious room. Good for a day, other than that, I don’t know if I would stay there. Staff in registration were so nice! »

« We had a King and couch sleeper. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on for the 3rd guest. Everything else was excellent. »

« The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. »
