'Clean and convenient '

'First night there was a little loud from guests upstairs but other than that our stay wad great. Got to see the unexpected bear in the dumpster. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than 2 days'

'We enjoy this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The food is good and inexpensive. The bar drinks are well made. The indoor pool area is clean and cute. We enjoy staying at this hotel every year. My daughter can fly in and walk right to the horel.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'What a hidden gem near Townsend!! This is a very unique place to stay (I was just looking for a hotel room) The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a neat walk in shower. Just like a bedroom with a gorgeous view of a mountain. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure stay again and a bit longer than just one night. Check in was SO easy. I didn't get the email because it was a last minute decision to stay, so I called and almost immediately got a text with information. Excellent find!!'
