'It was conveniently located right by the airport, yet tucked away and gave that private feel. Not crowded at all this time of year. This side of town seemed pretty safe to us as compared to other parts we visited while in St Thomas. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. It is not a big chain luxurious resort but has that beach vibe that we were looking for. The grounds and the views are beautiful. 'The owners are amazing! They make sure that your every need is met! They have great advice on what to do in St. Thomas. The accommodations were wonderful and for a great price! I did not realize that they have a very nice continental breakfast each morning. The views are wonderful. The pool is great as well! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.!'

'Our stay was great! Very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful hosts. The reservation process was very easy, also check in and check out. Very close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The room is very spacious and beautiful colonial style. My suggestion is to add a coffee maker in the room, also some shelves in the bathroom and curtains to block the light from outside. Very safe.'

'We were in town for a friends wedding this past weekend. I did alot of looking at hotels/condos to rent and decided on Sugar Beach. We could not be happier with the resort and the staff. Everyone was very friendly, informational and helpful. We were able to borrow kayak's and they allowed us to stay in a beachfront walkout (highly recommended). Also we spent time at a few other resorts and the beach at Sugar Beach is the nicest! If I ever return to St. Croix this is the only place I'd book!'

'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender. The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic. I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke. Definitely recommend this place.'
