There was only one staff to make breakfast, handle the customer and front desk. The person was making breakfast and all customer had to be in line to get food while the person was making it. 'We loved our stay at The Tides Inn. Anderson was especially friendly and helpful in helping us navigate our stay. We had a room with a kitchen and it had so much charm and it was quite spacious. It's a 2 min walk to Heisler Park and the beach and only a bit longer to main beach. We borrowed beach towels, a boogie board, and an umbrella all from the front desk. 'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '
