'When we arrived at 3pm to check in there was no one at the desk for over 15 min with no indication of where they went or would be back. Multiple guests were waiting. They charge $9 for parking, which is absurd considering what we paid for the rooms. This is a converted motel and the quality of the renovations is very poor in relationship to the price.
