'Love the underground parking with direct access to the Hilton hotel! Room is spacious & clean. The on-site restaurant, Torreyana, was a pleasant surprise with topnotch Cioppino, delicious heirloom tomato salad, perfectly roasted salmon, crisp potato bravas, and a divine custard for dessert. Couldn't believe how delicious everything was from a hotel kitchen! The pool was well appointed with plenty of floaties/noodles and other toys. The jacuzzi has a lovely view of the golf grounds with ocean...
'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'It’s a magical place! Right inside Shelter Island Marina with a cute beach nearby and bunch of restaurants. We loved our tropical room with quick access to the pool, which is open until 11 PM. You feel like you’re in a Caribbean resort with all the great stuff San Diego has to offer around you. '
