'The room was okay, the floors made our feet black. They definitely have not been cleaned in a hot minute. Our sink leaked everywhere (front desk did clean & offer a new room but I already had decorations set up) Pool was FREEZING.. Ive been to this pool SO many times with the previous owners.. I was so disappointed. This was the reason I booked this hotel for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately we wont stay here again. I was so excited when it changed over.. definitely disappointing.'

'The room was dirty. The vent for the fan in the bathroom was falling out. Bathroom so small you could not even imagine. The website shows an outdoor pool not there. The pool inside is 12x12. The floor had rice on from someone's last meal. I am asking for a full refund'
