'Excellent location if you are with your car. Restaurants are about 10 mins from the hotel. We were in a big apartment with two bedrooms. Apartments do need some tlc. They are old and here and there breaking. Bring your own coffee and teas for the room as they don't provide any. Breakfast was poor and unhygienic. Overall ok for a 1 night stay but super overpriced for what you get. '

Via Panicale is not suitable for young people or women traveling alone, especially at night. 2. Very uncomfortable beds: The mattress in the main bedroom was a thin foam mattress, perhaps a little over 5 inches thick, but still uncomfortable. Appartamento su 3 Piani con tutti i comfort, molto caratteristica e fornita di tutto. A 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni culturali e ben servita da diverse attività per svago e necessità varie. Siamo stati in 4 persone con la massima comodità '

'It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...

'The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There...
