LAYOUT: Walk up the steps and Marsh Haven is the bottom unit (with another unit above). On the right as you enter is the kitchen, followed by the living area and screened-in porch. Bedroom 3 is on the left, then bedroom 2 with a bathroom across the hall on the right. The owner suite is located at the end of the hall. The porch off the owner suite also connects to a door in the dining room. Beneath the unit is a garage and carport area where the grill, golf carts, and other items are stored. On the marsh side of the building, you’ll find the kayaks.

-Bald Head Island Club Lifestyle Memberships are available for purchase. Golf access is available for extra fees with the Membership; Please keep in mind the BHI Club is now capping registration for guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club please apply ASAP. Visit the BHI Club website to review their new rules & fees. Please note there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club rates, rules or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. There are no refunds if pool is closed for any reason.
-Maximum Occupancy: 7 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
-No uninvited guests without permission.
-Shoals Club is not included with the rental of this home.

We loved our stay at Marsh Haven, it was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the screened in porch. Condo was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, we also enjoyed the charcoal grill a few evenings. Golf carts were really nice as well. We are already looking at booking our next stay here when we come back to BHI.

Lovely home with Great views
Marsh Haven is a nicely decorated and comfortable home. Access to the marsh and creek for kayaking is outstanding and the central location makes beach visits easy. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was clean and well cared for.

Great stay
We had a great stay at Marsh Haven! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and the carts are ideal- one was especially great for all the rain we had during our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view
This is our second time staying at this property. It’s well stocked with everything you need, clean and the location is wonderful. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. Having the enclosed golf cart was nice because the first part of our stay was chilly. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!
We enjoyed out stay at Marsh Haven in BHI. It was a PERFECT location convenient to the lighthouse, marsh, and grocery store. The home has been redone in a lovely way. We made ourselves at home. Would love to return in the future!

Ideal spot for Girls Weekend!
What a wonderful location for a girls weekend. The view from the porch and from the gorgeous picture window was soothing. We enjoyed the fireplace at night in the cozy living space. You can hear footsteps when there are people upstairs. But the location midway between Old Baldy and Maritime Market made up for it.

Family Vacation
Marsh Haven is nicely decorated, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the convince of having two golf carts. Our family had loads of fun kayaking with the 2 boats provided. Having the dock was wonderful to make memories crabbing and fishing. This property is in the perfect location on the island and with a stunning view. It is fully equipped with everything we needed for our week vacation. We will be returning next summer!

Awesome condo
We have been coming to BHI over 21 years and have rented many times in Timbercreek. Marsh Haven is the nicest condo we have by far. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for a vacation. The condo was clean upon our arrival. The owner has gone out of her way to make this condo special. We will definitely be back and have no reason to rent any other condos.

Cozy, peaceful, relaxing, beautiful
Our family of 5 LOVED our stay at Marsh Haven!! What a charming home! We collectively gave a sigh of relief when we walked in for the first time- the home is so inviting, very well appointed, updated and so comfortable. The furniture is just right- comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was great, I cooked many meals in it and had everything that I needed to be successful!! The golf carts were great as well.
We have always wondered what it would be like to stay at timbercreek- we enjoyed the location on the island, loved the views from the porch, spent time in the pool, and loved the boardwalks. We were nervous that it would be buggy in that area but that wasn’t a problem at all, which was a nice surprise.
My husband and I and our 3 teenagers all give this home a 5 star- we highly recommend staying here.

Excellence in hospitality
You can tell the difference when someone cares. The forethought that went into the care of this home is evident. Everything was as clean as it could be, everything was in working order, all as described, and in great condition. While we were staying I had the opportunity to check out other rentals from other management companies and none were as good as this iTrips property.
We loved the location and amenities. Would diffidently stay here again.
