'We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation. '

'This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.'

'Nice location for shopping and food. Everything in walking distance including historic area. Geat place to stay for down town events. Allowed our dog too but you need to take pet up and dow metal stairs to get to apartment and plan to walk a block to potty. Parking can be tricky. There is a parking lot about a block away.'

'We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...
