« Great stay for families »

« The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. « I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold. »

« Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. « Lots of issues with the room condition; it was clean. Breakfast was just OK; omelet was good but nothing else was. »

« The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. « Breakfast was ample and diverse, but there were hordes of flies all over the breakfast room, and it was unappetizing. The room was super clean and comfortable, very spacious with useful amenities such as functioning laundry equipment. »
