'Well appointed, spacious accommodation with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable, shower is great and the tv is smart with streaming compatibility. The check in process was not smooth as the unique pin email was not received. Contacting the manager of the accommodation was difficult, however sorted in the end. It is a bit misleading to have images of the esplanade lagoon when it is 3km away from the accommodation.'

'I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Check in instructions were clear and concise. The gated community added that extra feeling of security. We only wish we had planned to stay longer. I will definitely return if we are ever in Cairns in the future.'

'Geen schoonheidsprijs, maar de prijs is wel zeer aantrekkelijk. Kussensloop was zo dun dat je de vlekken in de kussens kon zien. Het zwembad daarentegen was wel heerlijk. Redelijk groot en zeker schoon. Al met al kan dit hotel wel een facelift gebruiken. Als de kamers netter en moderner zijn is dit echt een fantastisch hotel. De manager / eigenaar is overigens heel behulpzaam.'
