'Finishing quality is very low and while they are clearly maintaining the property. Just ok, seems to be good enough for them. Restaurant on site was horrible. But the beach view from the room was amazing. Loved the jetted tub in the room and the spa servwas great. There's nothing really wrong with the property but for the price, i will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Most places at this price are well appointed and finished very nicely to give a luxury feel. This is more like a budget...

'I’m honestly disappointed with the experience I had here. The wait just to check in or get help from the front desk was much longer than it should have been. Any time I asked about purchasing items or needed extra assistance, the staff came across as rude, impatient, and like helping guests was an inconvenience. I understand places can get busy, but being made to feel unwelcome or like you’re bothering the staff is not acceptable. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the...
