The frustration began with the long wait to check in. Second, no privacy for us and other guests being checked in; the agent spoke so loudly, discussing each detail as if she was talking to the whole room. Especially embarrassed for one guest that had issue with her cc/res. After our long wait, we were greeted with stained sheets on entering room. Called the desk, instead of apologizing/offering solution she asked if this was a microscopic issue? This made everything worst. Shouldn’t have been her first response/reaction. We were asked return to desk for change, only to be told there none when we got there. I understand being fully booked, but her solution was to call our third party and hash it out with them. We felt unwelcome, because of dealt with us. With no alternative in area, we masked for sheets do bed change ourselve, an option she could have offered with no rm change alternative. Got sheets but had to share between beds because there wasn’t any for the sofa bed, which btw was stained everywhere. When we asked for sheets for that bed, there was, “ no more” she stated. Reservation was not made on day of, and even if it was, the bare minimum should have been taken care of! Had to ask for more towels, had no washcloths. It was just one thing after the other! Brkfast rm was crowded and limited choices. So short staffed, which might have played a role in some of Agent’s behavior, being overwhelmed. Still, you are in the business of hospitality! No return for us.
