« Pertain to my booking .. i ve complaint .. I arrived to the hotel and the room which we booked ..delux room - with bathtub.. was not available.. so now we spending the two night in delux room WITHOUT bathtub.. disregard the inconvenient ocured. there is price different .. and i want to claim it.. which the different around 5 GBP per night.. total approx 700 pesos .. and i cannot find any option to submit my inquiry .. except puting it here on the reviw portal !! »

"The hotel has no sense of customer service, they made me pay 500 pesos for a broken glass. If you want an espresso you have to pay extra at breakfast, it's an incredible first time in my life that I've seen such rules. When you pay, the hotel doesn't have change. Really bad experience."

Hotel great ! Food great ! Pool amazing!

"Personal pool, a large general pool, great cooking (rare) and the personnel was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms huge. The only downside were the roaches (3/4) walking around on the buffet during breakfast. The breakfast is well protected, but it is still a little unsettling."

A great stay in a very nice hotel

"A perfect stay ! Only two nights, but it was a true pleasure. Room Perfect, breakfast buffet great, swimming pool on top of hotel, very relaxing. The gym they have is also very complete. Last but not least, Chiara at the reception was a fantastic help ! Thank you so much !"
