"Close to the city"

"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The service is excellent and the people are friendly. The breakfast is an average buffet, nothing wrong, nothing great. The rooms are a bit tired as are the hallways. The brown carpet in the bedroom shabby. Its a long walk into town up a hill so we had to always take a taxi. Thus, the location is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. "

"Beautiful hotel on the ground floor, lots of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of charm. However, the room is very basic and misses any charm, the mattress is old and uncomfortable and outdated bathroom. Breakfast was also very basic."

"Nette kamers, zeer ruim. Heel vriendelijk personeel! Op wandelafstand van het centrum waardoor het niet te druk was maar toch gemakkelijk bereikbaar. "
