« Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. « This place is a total scam. I am still fighting with VRBO to get my money back because they charged a completely different amount to what was stated.The host promised check in instructions 24 hours prior to my stay. I received nothing, reached out several times through multiple channels, still nothing. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO stranded in a city with nowhere to stay until they finally responded 2 hours before my check in time, not 24, AFTER THEY SAID I COULD HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN....
