My home is on 2 acres in the Pocono mountains.
The studio is totally private. With a private entrance and plenty of parking . No Pets i have guests that are very allergic so I keep my studio pet free
A large deck with a grill, gazebo . Fire pit and outdoor seating.
I supply fresh organic eggs from my own chickens. My water is well water! I live in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Lots of wildlife to watch and enjoy.
I am a super host !
Ive been a hosting for 9 years :)

Camelback is a 20 mins away.
Blue mountain is 15 minutes away.
Shawnee is 15 mins away.
Jack Frost and Big boulder 20 mins away.
Mount airy casino has great nite life
The outlets in Tannersville for great shopping deals.
Saylorsburg flea market on weekends spring, summer and fall seasons. There are 3 local wineries within a 5 mile radius from my home. Sorrenti Vineyard and restaurant delicious Italian food. Blue Ridge winery also has a great menu. Camelback water park and Skiing on the mountain is so much fun. Zip line and other popular activities too! Bushkill falls is an amazingly beautiful place to hike and see the beautiful waterfalls here in the Poconos . Or just a quiet nite around the fire for a relaxing nite . Fresh air and peaceful surroundings, you will enjoy making memories .

Everything was clean and very nice. Host was easy to work with. She gave us fresh eggs for breakfast ands muffins which gave it a very welcoming touch. Kitchen was clean. It had no windows to sees outside from inside efficiency so I felt closed in but other then that it was very nice.

This is a private house in a phenomenal community you have a separate entrance with a full basement apartment! Very quite very modern! Very accommodating this woman lost her husband and his battling cancer which I just found out about, so please definitely give her the much needed support and funds for her to be able to keep her house God bless thank you

The fresh eggs from our host's chickens were wonderful as was the bread and butter. Minor problem -- there was no toaster for the bread and there was a small toaster oven, but the cord was 1' long and there was no extension cord. We tried to move it but it had a microwave on top of it and that almost led to disaster. Our hostess was very gracious when we overslept (no windows and our alarm didn't go off) and allowed us an extra hour to leave. She also graciously left us some milk, which we love to have with breakfast. The ice cube trays were tiny and only held enough ice for one. Had we stayed longer than one night I would have bought her some full size ice-cube trays. The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The bed was super comfy -- enough that we overslept. Watching the chicken wander around as we were leaving gave us warm fuzzy feelings of relaxing in nature. Karen & Lenny

clean, no cell service in "basement" ac wasn't working, medical devices wouldn't work was told they have great wifi shut them off turn back on. They dont work of wifi. it was hot and muggy and musty . was there for 6hrs rented for 7 days was told not going to get refunded. left at 11:30 pm never went back. i need my medical devices to monitor my heart and take my vitals daily . I also purchased the insurance through vrbo its a scam. im out around 950 went up ther to visit family. If you rent this property ,good luck.

Overnighter at the Gap

The property was very clean; however, a few things were not as described, as the a/c did not work and it smelled like musty nicotine. I'm very fickle on the a/c and was planning to stay another day, but because of an very hot uncomfortable sleep, we packed up and went home.

A Cozy Nest with an Amazing Host

Our stay at the Nesting Place was wonderful! Our host, Jeannine, truly anticipates their guests' needs and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and cared for. The space itself was adorable—cozy, well-appointed, and perfect for our ski trip to Blue Mountain. We especially appreciated the thoughtful breakfast goodies provided. On top of that, Jeannine was incredibly helpful when I accidentally left something behind, making sure I got it back without any hassle. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything about the description is accurate Jeanine is a great hostess always answered my texts, breakfast items were excellent and easy to cook, we had all the comforts of homeMy only issue and this may just be me was there were no windows and I need natural light. I saw the roosters and chickens and I would stay there again . We were minutes from Mountain view winery which we love and go to every year, and roughly 20 minutes to the outlets and the pocono cheesecake factory a favorite of mine
