'Beautiful river view and nice neighborhood. The home is well kept, the bed we had was comfortable. The only thing we didn’t really like was our bathroom was over by the other two rooms and seemed a little disruptive to their privacy. '

'We were there to visit a family member at Foothills Hospital. It was the perfect location because it was a 10 minute drive to the hospital but walking distance to morning coffee and dinner. Exactly what we needed. '

'A nice and clean basement with all the necessities. The basement appears just like it does in the photos, and communication was simple and quick. The host provided us with detailed directions on how to get to the property and left us with useful notes. Host is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was helpful. We had a great stay, thank you Mary!'

'We were visiting Banff for the Melissa's Road Race, this accommodation was an easy walk to the start line and also into town. It is attached to a beautiful home and it very private as the garage is between the suite and the main house. Everything was really clean and lovely and included everything we needed as a home base for exploring the mountains. We will be back!'

'When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more…well stocked, lots of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and a nice neighborhood. Great location. Easy access. Host we easy to reach and very accommodating.'

'This place was a more affordable (but still not exactly a bargain!) place to stay right in Banff! You checkin at a fancier hotel down the street and they give you your keys and then you drive over to The Dorthy Motel. It had 2 nice sized beds, a microwave, a small fridge (no freezer area), coffee pot/coffee and a tea kettle. The bathroom had lots of counter space and the shower was great! Only one small window in the room which was good for us so that it was nice and dark for sleeping. My only...

'Great time. The property is very nice. Private from the main house. Lots to explore in the back. My kids loved the cat Chapa. Drive to the marina and store is about 5 mins. Quick drive to Sandy Beach.'

'Other than the kitchen oven missing the bottom tray barrier between the oven space and the lower storage drawer our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the same unit last year and noted that this oven problem was present last year.'
