Nikte is located directly on Half Moon Bay in Akumal, close to restaurants and within easy reach of Yal-Ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, shops, and local services.

Cenotes, Tulum, eco-parks, and other Riviera Maya attractions are convenient to explore by car.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Nikte 1 is a ground-floor condo.
• Central air conditioning is provided throughout the condo.
• The beachfront swimming pool is shared by guests of the building.
• Housekeeping is provided Monday to Saturday
• An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.
• Half Moon Bay has a natural rocky and coral seabed. Water shoes are recommended.
• Nikte has an elevator, but service can be inconsistent. When operational, we recommend using it for luggage and groceries only and using the stairs for regular access.
• Golf carts and other services can be arranged with our guest service team.
• No smoking is permitted inside the condo.
