« Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor. »

« The property was updated and very clean. The pillows were not very good, but the bed was great! The location was not where we anticipated. It was very easy checking in and out. »

« We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality ! »

« Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again! »

« The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and has enough space to feel comfortable. Only problem: it is quite noisy. The road next to the property is very busy, cars and trucks pass almost permanently by from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The provided earplugs are a nice gesture and very necessary. The house is not very sound-proof, every step of the people upstairs can/must always be heard. »

« Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck »

« C’était vraiment sale. Nous avons trouvé une motte de cheveux dans le bain. Il y avait du sable autour des fenêtres, à l’intérieur de la maison. Le sofa à l’extérieur était vraiment sale et nous n’avons pas osé nous y assoir. Il y avait plusieurs couvertures par terre dans les garde-robes et assez sales. Nous avons communiqué à quelques reprises pour avoir une femme de ménage sans succès. Bref, cet appartement est très mal entretenu et cela mériterait certainement un rabais sur le coût de notre...

Andy est un hôte très ouvert et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le responsable des lieux, Blair, a été très gentil et très avenant, facile à rejoindre. Bref, nous avons apprécié notre séjour ... malgré la température 😉 »
