« What a wonderful house for our vacation to Custer State Park/Devil’s Tower/Badlands with my husband and senior parents! Super updated place, well organized and a very hospitable feel. The small touches and thoughtful amenities were very much appreciated. Television in every bedroom and in a common space to watch a movie together. Location was great if we needed to run to Family Fare grocery store (4 min drive) or grab takeout from Pauly’s pizza (4 min drive) or take out from restaurants downtown...

« Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day. »

« Our first impression left us thinking this is a tiny, cute house, but inside it is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean, comfortable beds, an especially well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a longer stay. All one needs to bring is food and of course, personal items. Really appreciated the range of television watching options. « Easy commutes to Custer, Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore and all the other wonderful sites around and near Custer. We loved being out of town, but still close. We loved sitting outside enjoying the peace and quiet. Appreciate the pet friendly. We walked the property numerous times. Will highly recommend to family and friends. Would most definitely stay again, my first choice. »

« A beautiful home that from the views seems very remote. But very close to Hermosa, and a short 15- minute drive to Rapid City. Clint was an excellent host and communicated very well. Overall, exceptional stay with family. Would absolutely stay there again. »

« Our family visited for a long weekend. We have 3 kids and brought 2 dogs and it was just perfect. The trail just out back was an unexpected surprise! We wore the pups out multiple times a day. We also took a fun and unexpected helicopter ride because the house is next to a helicopter tour operation. And being so close to the helicopter tours wasn’t at all off-putting. The location was excellent for all we wanted to do. If we return in the future we’ll likely rebook with these hosts who make it...

« This was a great home base to visit all the national parks in the area. The quiet neighborhood was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The house was big enough that even with 7 of us in it everyone could find their own space to relax. We would definitely stay here again. »

Property was very clean, fully stocked with extra supplies, and the owner was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you! »
