« Property was beautiful, well appointed and clean. Finishes were excellent. Even the bathrooms were immaculate. Most properties, the shower tile is grungy and mildewed. Not this one! The only comment I have is we were not aware that someone else lived downstairs. That’s not a problem but it was a surprise. I would suggest that this is noted in the property description. »

« Unique farm experience. Loved seeing the goats and chickens. The actual apartment transported you to the beach, with whisical decorations. Very relaxing place to stay. Our hostess made muffins every morning and they were delicious. Since this trip was about hiking around the Paint Mines Park, the rural setting of this property was perfect for us.would definitely stay here again »

« The location of this studio apartment is absolutely perfect! We could sit on the large shared deck and enjoy the view of the lake with a cup of coffee or walk across the park to the lake in one minute. There is a lovely park between the apartment and the lake where you can rest on one of the many benches and enjoy the peace of the lake water and beautiful mountains beyond. « Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...
