« Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. Ron is great. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place. »

« We stayed here for four days as a family getaway. There was 15 of us ages 0 to 75. We do this once a year using vrbo in various locations and this was one of our favorites. It was a wonderful place with close shopping and family activities. Great hikes around the area and restaurants. The house itself was spectacular. Pool was great, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for our family of 15. Favorite part was the front porch for sure. I would highly recommend for any one...

The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. « We were a group meeting up in one of our favorite cities from 2 different states. We chose Sam’s home to have amazing views while we catch up on life. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays! »

« So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. Alot of different areas to kickback in. Great place to have a wedding(if they did weddings). Only thing they need is more chalk for the pool table. Finally found one small piece out in garage after looking for awhile. Five stars! »
