Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location, within a very short walk to the Old Town. Staff were fantastic and room was amazing!!

Excellent location, easy walk to lapad promenade. What made the stay were the staff, both at reception and in the cafe. They were all extremely helpful and friendly to deal with. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Outside dining is a pleasant space, but perhaps a barrier between the pool and the eating area is required. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean room (Luxe Suite) with enough space, we enjoyed it a lot. Very nice view on the sea, direct access to the sea through stairs (there is no sandy beach) and there is even a spot were you can jump of a rock into the sea. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Some pools are 18 - Covid measures are not followed at all: no masks (they are worn all the time on the chin allone...), the desinfecting gel is empty all the time. Even at the restaurant/breakfast staff doesn't were their masks correct (only on the chin), everyone is using the breakfast buffet without desinfecting hands and no one cares that masks aren't worn by the hotel guests at the buffet... - The breakfast is really not good. Cheese and spreads are sweaty and not cooled enough. There was even mold in one piece of cheese we took... The eggs are not good and they swim in oil. Bacon is barely baked. The coffee machine wasn't working all the time: no coffee, no milk, no cups... Juices are industrial, not fresh. Little choice of bread and all very soft. Crowded. Little table service. - Half board (we only used one night) was disappointing, nothing like for a 5-star hotel... We had to wait really long for our dinner and in between the courses, they forgot the bread, the wine was warm... - Swimming pool area could really be cleaner. --> Very nice and clean room, nice location at the sea, friendly staff. Food disappointing. Pool area could be cleaner.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am (aufgeschütteten) Sandstrand. Sehr schönes Zimmer und besonders hervorragend war das Frühstück. Großer Kritikpunkt sind allerdings die total überzogenen Preise für Essen und Getränke.

The room was on the expensive side, but that's mostly because we stayed in mid-July, peak season, and we were lucky to get it, as Kotor was incrediby busy. Beautiful home, really nice and friendly hosts who were super-helpful when it came to advice, directions, etc. Made everything easy for us and stayed in touch as we travelled from our previous stay. Excellent location, clean and spacious - would certainly stay again. many thanks!
