Georgia: Luxe vakanties

The room we stayed in was HORRIBLE! The first room we had smelled nice but we had to change the room due to needing an accessible shower, and the staff was amazing about it. Upon arriving to the second room we were given, there was a huge trash bag in front of the door with no housecleaning in sight. Then, we were unable to get inside the room due to the room key not working. We had to go to the front desk twice to report the problem of not being able to get inside of the room until we spotted a maintence worker walking by and he was amazing and helped immediately. Once we gained access to the room we noticed staining on the carpet, hair on the shower head, and the ac made the entire room smell horrible so we kept it off for the remainder of our stay. We also overheard other guests complaining about their rooms being dirty. The staff would be the only reason for us to come back to stay at the Westin. They were all a 10/10.

Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!!

Returning customer, friendly staff, great amenities and perfect location. Would come back again.

This hotel is not worth 5star in my opinion. Lobby , valet staff and also AG restaurant staff is great. The food in AG is bad, really not worthy in a 5star hotel. Rooms, average and little outdated, no turndown service Will not go again
