Colombie : Vacances golf

L’hôtel a un très beau potentiel : espace, piscines, végétation, emplacement. Mais Il est ancien et mérite un rafraîchissement dans les chambres, les espaces jeux pour enfants, les couloirs, les accès. Les restaurants ( buffet et snacking) sont chers et la nourriture n’est pas exceptionnelle ( plats trop salés, buffet pas très variés et produits de qualité moyenne et pas très travaillés pour ce prix). Le personnel est gentil.

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !
