Lokatie is perfect hotel modern en stijlvol ingericht. Late check-out was niet mogelijk. 2 uur later was een probleem. Jammer.

Hotel e praia maravilhosa! Quarto pode melhorar pelo nível e custo. Decoração e manutenção do quarto podem melhorar.

Too old and used Breakfast always the same and very dark and sober spot. Personal only understand portuguese except at entrance. No brasilian atmosphere even at roof terrace.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel

Rooms are super clean and well serviced. Front desk service in the downstairs main reception is mixed depending on who you get - some very friendly and helpful staff, one other I experienced was quite cold and rude. Service was the thing lacking for me during my stay - a request for a room with a bathtub couldn’t be accommodated without a charge, similarly, trying to book a massage at the spa took several attempts to get a response. I’d paid a premium to have a club lounge access room. While the service in the club lounge itself was good, I think the general services outside of this are in need of improvement.

Top ervaring!
