Pluspunten: Kamer en hotel komen in het echt best goed overeen met info en foto’s tijdens het boeken. Ideale locatie/ligging op het eiland, goed bed en airco, geen geluidsoverlast en prachtig uitzicht. Verder heel behulpzaam en gastvrij personeel en alles netjes schoon. Verbeterpunten: heel weinig info bij inchecken, je wordt steeds naar een QR code verwezen. Het eten bij het buffet (all inclusive) is oke, maar kan beter. Naar verhouding veel te grote saladebar en we misten croissantjes en verse sinaasappelsap bij t ontbijt. En geen variatie bij de verse bereiding door de kok. Gelukkig wel wat meer variatie bij het buffet zelf. Het volume van het avond entertainment (21:00 tot 23:00) was te extreem. Al met al wel tevreden en een aanrader.

We had a room with pool view and separate pool access, which was great. Take a swim directly from your room. The day we checked out we had a boat trip in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, we could take the pool towels with us, and we could take a shower when we got back from the boat trip. They fixed transport for us, which was cheaper than the other offers. We could not praise this hotel enough. Amazing comfort and service!

a lot of variety during breakfast, dinner was too expensive for what it offered. Non-sandy beach which makes it a bit uncomfortable but otherwise good. Walkable distance to Faliraki.

Ideale locatie, hotel om volledig tot rust te komen.

The room is absolutely gorgeous, such character, absolutely lovely. The hotel is beautifully placed in the old town, just off the main shopping road, but far away enough to be lovely and quiet. Stayed for 10-nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and what a wonderful time we had. I cannot say enough about the staff, George, what a lovely, kind and helpful host. Would also shout out to the waitress whose name I never quite got, but her and George made it a very special. On our anniversary day they surprised us with a display of towels in the form of a heart and two swans, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Such a wonderful touch and heartwarmingly felt. Then on our last day surprised us with another towel display in the form of a heart and a bottle of red wine. They absolutely made our holiday and we would both like to thank them from the bottom of our heart.

The hotel was perfect! The staff was amazing, super helpful and sweet! The hotel has all the amenities you could possibly wish for, even a little market! Everything is really modern and very clean and rooms are really spacious and comfortable. We had to catch an early flight but they let us have a bit of breakfast before leaving even though the breakfast wasn’t officially open yet! Everything was top notch, location, amenities, views, people! Please don’t hesitate to book. <3
